Yes they’re perch collars. They go under the spring perch to raise the perch, instead of a spacer above the shock.

Installed foutz 2in perch collars and removed front and rear crash bars. A little more poke than I expected from the fenders but still looks good!

Yeah I am it technically doesn’t fit but it goes up far enough that it still looks somewhat normal
