This, um, "friend" got a little overzealous after being out for hours, enjoying driving around on the snow covered roads this weekend. Zigged when he (or she) should have zagged sort of thing and introduced the front bumper to an immovable object that was minding its own business holding up a store front in a local strip mall looking thing. I am, er, uh, "this person" plans to take things apart and see what it is that got bent. Most likely will just wrap or paint with bedliner anything cosmetic that don't want showing scars.

Wondering what generally bends as not familiar with what's behind the fascia.

IDK what's behind there to bend back straight, I'd assume just a bracket that you might be able to bend back down with some ingenuity and leverage.
Question, what are those round thingies, are they cameras', sensors or just bolt plugs? if they're cameras or something like that collision avoidance crap you may need to get re-calibrated, not that it helped you, oh er I mean your "friend" this time around. lol.

there might also be some foam behind there but probably just some brackets that you can bend straighter, or replace. maybe some plastic push pin things too

Don't feel too bad. I only have 1,000 miles and already did this damage in deep snow - be glad you've got a steel lower:

If I'm not mistaken, they are the sensors for the collision avoidance system. Evidently they can be defeated...

Very helpful actually. I am reminded that it could have been much worse!

So, I realized a couple things when I had the bumper off last night. 1) Fluid film is awesome, until you have to work under the vehicle, 2) the little clips that hold the plastic pieces in place are a pain in the ass, and 3) I think it may be the piece circled in red, on the drinker's side of the car where the bumper attaches. Looks bent back just a tad. The captain's side, second picture, not circled, seemed to be more perfectly vertical.

Due to being covered in fluid film, I did not take nearly enough pictures. None taken from directly in front of the truck with the bumper removed.

If that is indeed the worst of it, I suppose figuring a way to bend that back would help things align better. Problem is I have to come up with a way to bend that sucker. Don't think a rubber mallet will be enough. Anyone ever use their winch to perform body work?

I would put a chain around a tree snd a hook to the top of that and back up slowly. Preferably someone else back and you tell them go or slow, stop.

Go a hair past upright because it will spring back a little when released.

I have fixed a bunch of bumpers for the kids around here with a tree and chain

I will certainly take more pictures when I have it apart again. Likely going to be a couple weeks though as I want to have some replacement clips ready to go for the plastic trim pieces that get pulled off and I'm going to repaint the tow hooks while it's apart as well. The fluid film has made the plastidip paint all soggy. Probably step up to real paint with the fear of overspray being diminished while the front end is apart.

Reason for the picture is to compare the RR horns and area to the Bronco horns and area as I'm suspecting the Bronco Modular bumper and some other aftermarket bumpers would fit a RR. Also, it would seem the dimensions between the Bronco and Ranger frame rails are the same.

Should be able to get it apart again and try to straighten when I'm back at work, possibly not til Tuesday due to the storm. I'll get more pics for you then. Taking a chain as a backup as I'm going to try first with a tow strap/tree saver/soft shackle setup so that there's no metal involved in the pull.
