I’m new to the ranger raptor world here. Are there any companies that make an equal length exhaust for the RR? It doesn’t appear there is, and from what I saw on here it sounds like the DIY version means more drone than we already get from the factory
I have emailed a company that has made one but won’t release it till they can pair it with their muffler. It’s out there just not available.

Thanks for that, I’m assuming no one is going to release the “trombone” only due to low profit margin on that as a standalone

Hopefully by the end of the week, I'll have sound clips to share.
I have the active valve systems from Milltek, Borla, Magnaflow, and AFE. Swapping out just their middle section mufflers/valves from each. Using MBRP 3" rear section with the turn-down pie cut style tips. For the mid section, pairing it with this (pics attached). I'm thinking I will like the AFE best, but too soon to tell.

The reason I was given was they We’re not happy with the sound of the trombone section with the stock muffler.
I agree there are probably other financial motives steering these companies otherwise someone would have tossed a trombone out on the market just to stoke the fire.

The diy killed all drone except for a tad at near redline. I think better multi chamber resonators would do the trick.
