Signature Lux has finally reached out

They gave me a refund for 40% off and are shipping the order tomorrow. Still can't say I'm very happy about the whole mess, but as a business owner i know sometimes shit happens.

Folks need to be aware when ordering from this company, if there is an issue it can take months to resolve.

Their note to you, "do you still want to proceed with the order?" was a rather stupid question on their part.

Don't think I will ever be able to see my way clear to order anything from these jokers.

So after posting here earlier today about getting not getting any response from Signature Lux I got a message from them. They apologized for not responding and have taken care of everything. They said they'd be speaking with the team to understand why it happened. So I hope that will take care of everything.

After reading everything in this post, it is completely opposite of my interaction with them. I ordered two items from them last year (amber grill lights and mirror puddle lamps). I had an issue with the mirror puddle lamps, where they were not properly aligning. I sent them an e-mail with an explanation and photos--they got back to me within 24 hours. A replacement set was mailed out about two weeks later (they did an investigation and found a manufacturing fault with a batch of lamps). The new lamps arrived and look great.

For what its worth, I emailed them about a month ago on a product question and they responded the next day... Their responses were very detailed and helpful.

Glad they finally got back to you i have been waiting for probably a year now for help with a damaged full grill I ordered from them for my 24 RR. I have reached out to them multiple times through email and their chat and get ghosted every time. Horrible follow up Signature Lux I didn't ask for anything but a paint code and I would pay to have it fixed here.
