I added a bed extender with custom brackets to avoid drilling! I wanted to be able to carry larger things in the bed again (my last truck had a 6ft bed).

No pics of fuelling her up, though. I spent a lot of this last tank playing sport truck and hot rodding around so i only got 18mpg on the tank. It was 79 bucks to fill up since premium is $4.59 here and having the tuner on the truck calls for premium. Still cheaper than my nissan titan to fil though

We are going on a road trip from the bottom texas to camp lejuene nc, charleston sc, and then back home here in a week, so if anyone see me on the road, honk and wave.

That’s a slick mod. Clean, functional, and exactly the kind of upgrade that makes owning a Ford Ranger more enjoyable day-to-day. Hidden storage is always a win, out of sight, but super handy when you need it.


Curious, did you integrate it into the factory panels or make it fully removable?

That’s a solid upgrade！Nothing like a fresh trifold tonneau to clean up the look and keep things locked down on a long haul. The “$80 performance package” hits different when you’ve been having fun behind the wheel

That road trip sounds awesome, coastlines, good roads, and plenty of chances to stretch its legs. Safe travels, and if we hear a turbo spool and see a clean Ranger with a tonneau flying by, we’ll know it’s you

While there are others professionally made, I wanted something to fit between the straps holding my armrest pad.
Figured it would offer a bit more protection for say registration, insurance card etc. Vs glove box as it's harder to see.
Held in place with Nano tape.

He made his own but it is based on the Musoly design as thats what mine is.

If you’re thinking about stepping it up a bit, a center console safe is also a solid option. It adds an extra layer of security for important items like your registration and insurance, and it’s great for storing larger valuables too. Way more peace of mind, especially when you have to leave the truck unattended for a while.

Unfortunately my last mod was gum removal, some people are slobs.

People can be seriously inconsiderate.

For gum cleanup, a couple tricks that actually work:

• Freeze it first: press an ice pack (or a bag of ice) on it for a few minutes until it hardens, then gently scrape it off with a plastic card.
• Adhesive remover: something like Goo Gone or even a little rubbing alcohol helps get rid of the leftover residue.

Takes a bit of patience, but it’ll come out clean

Yes I still have mine from my Jeep JKU, but worry about thief's ripping console apart.
I modded my Jeep seat covers to fit. But winning a bed rug for a 2026 would be nice
