I’m actually considering selling the Golf R. It’s super fun to drive. Manual transmission, APR Stage 2+ tune (480ish HP). I just got it out of the shop after 3 months waiting on a clutch switch from Germany, but I really didn’t miss it much. The RR is just so much fun AND practical.

That would be a deal killer for me. That also means you'd have to wait for parts or warranty stuff to arrive from China if ever. I WILL say it looks like a really nice camper topper though.

Yeah, they even say "We strive to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process for your custom truck toppers and other products. " but don't mention it's drop ship from China.
And then go on to say " Because this is a freight shipment, you will not receive a tracking number" which sounds fishy because we receive freight on a daily basis, some items as much as 10K lbs., and there is always a tracking number. Maybe they ship via Billy Bob's Trucking and Stuff.


Edit: I might be off base here. It also seems that they are delivered to a local warehouse, then freight shipped to you. So maybe they are using a 'hot shot' delivery service, which in that case you may not get a tracking number.

"Once your order reaches a local distribution warehouse near you, a freight driver will contact you to schedule the final delivery. Due to the nature of freight shipping, deliveries are scheduled based on the carrier’s availability."

Alright HuskyFargo…. I see your MTB gear stored nicely in the new cap, so what kind of 2-wheeled toys does that RR haul to the trailheads? . Full disclosure, I’ve been an avid mountain biker for over 30 years.

The rails whistle some, but that’s it. I’ve already found the rails to be near useless for my needs, so I ordered a Yakima Lock n’ Load rack for the top.
