Hope this helps, if I remember correctly we installed the same 3rd brake light.
I just spray painted the heads of the original screws.
Good luck! - Morahn
Awesome customer service and product support from Brit, Dallin and I am sure there is an entire team that we as customers do not see at American Adventure Lab!
Thanks again for supporting the Ranger6g community!
Unpacked the Molle Panels today (finally starting to warm up here) and was surprised to see that the right (passenger side) Bulkhead (Front) Molle Panel is not correct as reported in early January posts by Glisch and others. I assumed (you know what that makes me) that my Molle Panels would not...
ShadowDragon24 is correct that the shims go under the rail cap. For my SE install the shims slid under the rail cap to the front and back of the stake cover hole (not actually occupying the hole, if that makes sense).
Also I think the torque is important (or they would not have mentioned it in...
I installed the Diamondback SE on a 2025 Raptor in December 2025. I did not remove the bed caps to install shims under the bed caps. The shims did take some effort to slide under the bed caps.
I did remove the bed caps for a previous tonneau install to cover the holes/weather proof.
I agree with GLW on the install being way easier than it looks in the instructions. I think I spent more time trying to match the instructions to what was in the box with extra parts that did not fit anywhere.
When I was finished with the install (I lowered headliner), I was somewhat certain it...
The yellow straps clip onto the tie-down anchor.
The clip on the straps on my tonneau did not fit the factory tie-down anchors on the 2025 RR.
My tonneau cover included replacement tie-down anchors, however I just used a quick link (not sure why they are called quick links) to attach.
Placing a straight edge (2x4 or whatever) across the top of the bed rails (passenger side to driver side), what is the measurement from the floor (deck?) of the slide to the bottom of the straight edge?
I am looking to place a fridge on the slide and this measurement will determine if the...
I already traded some of the rivets and am going to hang on to some spares for the next time I break them or lose them in the engine area (which will happen).
I never did find the 2 rivets that fell into the engine area, and I looked all over including on the skid plates.
Just posted: Grill Retainer Rivets Thread with my experience searching for replacement rivets.
As noted above by @Buellsox, I had purchased a couple of mixed sets and there was nothing close to what I needed.
Sharing what I think I know from my search for replacement Grill Retainer Rivets (I did not even know what they were called) for my 2025 Ranger Raptor. Broke/lost several rivets while installing grill lights and needed replacements, but paying dealer prices was kind of ridiculous.
There are at...

I did the same as Andy25RR above (Wisconsin, North Americe).
My back plate was also attached willy-nilly by the dealer with two screws on top.
Purchased a front license plate bracket from Amazon to use on the back.
In my searching, I did not find any "back" license plate brackets that met my...

Installed 7/4/2025, never been rained/snowed on, did hose it off a couple of times (dust).
Less than 700 miles (does that matter for a bed cover?).
I am selling because I installed a DiamondBack SE .
