Sharing what I think I know from my search for replacement Grill Retainer Rivets (I did not even know what they were called) for my 2025 Ranger Raptor. Broke/lost several rivets while installing grill lights and needed replacements, but paying dealer prices was kind of ridiculous.
There are at least 2 (maybe 3) sizes (lengths) used to hold the Grill Retainer on.
The rivets along the front are a different length than the rivets closer to the engine.
Head Diameter: 18mm
Stem Length: 20mm (appears shorter as it is used and not in original shape).
Panel Range: 4.5mm - 7.0mm
Fits into 6.5mm hole
Head Diameter: 18mm
Stem Length: 22mm (appears shorter as it is used and not in original shape).
Panel Range: 7.0mm - 9.5mm
Fits into 6.5mm hole
There was also a shorter size available that may have been used for the far left rivet and far right rivet.
I used 2 washers as I just wanted to be done.
From Amazon I purchased the following items and they worked.
Ford W714040-S300
Ford W713331-S300
I had also purchased a couple of the Fastener/Rivet/Retainer Clip sets previously from Amazon and they did not contain the necessary rivets. There is not a one size fits all.
The measurements are important.
I had purchased a box of rivets that fit into a 8.5mm hole and they were too big/wide/round.
I spent way too much time finding the correct parts (I am kind of OCD).
I hope this saves you some time and money.
