Mine is the same. I just took the pipes off and this seems completely normal. One way to check is to remove the bottom of the air box and try it outside of the vehicle.

Has anyone heard of problems with someone installing their own Ford Performance tune, versus a dealer or ASE red seal? It isn't rocket science, and I don't understand how flashing it yourself could lead to a warranty denial say two years later.

Bought it! I had a 2021 Ranger Tremor that I traded for an F-150. Loved the F-150 overall, but didn't love its size at times. Excited to finally have a RR. Ford Performance tune ordered immediately.

Allan knows his stuff, his Bronco is INSANE! This upgrade is a MUST DO for any Ranger owner running 37s.

I don't recommend beefing up the tie rods on the 2.0 rack, you transfer the fusible link to the rack itself. Carry spare tie rods instead.

Ranger Raptor gets the 2.0 steering rack from the Bronco, huge disappointment. It is ok with 35s, but you can break it with 37s. Anyone wheeling hard even with 35s will want to upgrade to the 3.0 rack. Tie rod braces will transfer the fusible link to the steering rack. DO NOT RUN BRACES...

Shocked there isn't a EDSB. I bet Anti Rock will come out with their Rock Jock. I love mine on my Bronco.

I assume the Ranger has the M190? Any trim/ package have the M210, or perhaps the 2.7 might be beefier? Does the Raptor have the M210, or something else? What about steering racks? Bronco is shifting towards the Severe Duty Rack for MY2024 after many failures.

I’ve got the 2.3 in my Ranger Tremor with a Livernois tune. It is good. Great power. I have the 2.7 in my Bronco and the torque is phenomenal. Going back to the 2.3 is a different world. I’m waiting for the 2.7. The 2.7 is also dual port/ direct injection, so no carbon build up issues.

Yeah I get it. Some brands, like Volvo, let you stack incentives. That is when things like X Plan are worth it.

This is what I did. Gladiator to Ranger Tremor. We won't see 6G Rangers until probably Q4 of 2023, even then I'd want to wait at least 6 months for the kinks to get worked out.
