There is literally nothing to test. The flash is either successful or it isn’t.
The dealer has just decided if they aren’t going to bill atleast 2 hours then doing the FP tune install isn’t worth their time.

Your made in Thailand trucks don’t get the FP tune. They have lots of different components compared to ours.
The FP tune is only for USA built trucks.
