Even the last generation Ranger ECU is cracked and flashed by many tuners. No need for an ECU swap. Same with the last gen F150 Raptor, etc. etc.

Then why are there hundreds of other platforms out there where experienced tuners (like Cobb for example) flash the factory ECU?

No. Parts are made in different factories. You can not take the motor, transmission, or ECU out of a Thailand truck and put it in a USA truck.

No it doesn’t. Your made in Thailand trucks don’t get the FP tune. They have lots of different components compared to ours. The FP tune is only for USA built trucks.

Your made in Thailand truck does not produce the same amount of power as the made in US truck… There are a lot of parts differences!
