  1. Cold/Hot air pipes with intercooler upgrade

The factory pipes are rubber with metal connections. No plastic… and the FP tune raises the boost max by like 3 psi. Not breaking any plastic…
  2. Cold/Hot air pipes with intercooler upgrade

Yes. My point is if you’ve upgraded your intercooler and your intake, it’s pointless to upgrade the charge pipes.
  3. Cold/Hot air pipes with intercooler upgrade

As stated before, aftermarket charge pipes are a complete waste of money aside from engine bay bling…
  4. Switching Between Drive Modes Question

Please read your owners manual. It’s built into your dash with step by step instructions on how to engage 4L. You can literally search it!
  5. PW Stage II Intercooler, piping, intake; Miltek exhaust, FP tuner & ADD Front Bumper Install

My many years of Motorsport experience beg to disagree with you. My intention was not to shame you. It was simply to point out that you can make more power per $ elsewhere… It’s the internet, not a dick, try not to take it so hard!
  6. Ford Performance Ranger Raptor Tune

Contact Ford Performance directly if you don’t believe us. It isn’t going to work…
  7. PW Stage II Intercooler, piping, intake; Miltek exhaust, FP tuner & ADD Front Bumper Install

Again, simple math. The size of the intercooler you installed is what? 3X the size of the Wagner or Cobb unit?
  8. PW Stage II Intercooler, piping, intake; Miltek exhaust, FP tuner & ADD Front Bumper Install

    https://www.yellowbullet.com/threads/intercooler-pressure-drop.2679730/ It’s pretty simple math…
  9. PW Stage II Intercooler, piping, intake; Miltek exhaust, FP tuner & ADD Front Bumper Install

That intercooler is so pointless. All you’re doing with the stock turbos is adding more lag.
  10. Cold/Hot air pipes with intercooler upgrade

Intercooler upgrade definitely makes a positive impact in charge temps. Cobb and Wagner seem to be the best options available currently.
  11. Cold/Hot air pipes with intercooler upgrade

There is zero point in swapping out the charge pipes unless you are changing turbo size or seriously increasing the boost level beyond what the FP tune does. Otherwise you are only paying for engine bay eye candy…
  12. Ford Performance Ranger Raptor Tune

Reason number 99 why you should just install it yourself…
  13. Ford Performance Ranger Raptor Tune

The live OAR value is easily displayed using the FP tuner itself.
  14. Ford Performance Ranger Raptor Tune

Have you ever checked the ECM’s OAR after a few miles with regular 91 octane on the stock or FP tune? Trust me, it isn’t affecting anything negatively unless you accidentally use 87.
  15. Front or Rear Shock Lengths

That’s referred to as shock “stroke”. And yes motion ratio is the ratio between shock stroke and wheel travel. But can be all over the place depending on different vehicles linkage. You are best to just measure the eye-to-eye and stroke. An aftermarket shock maker is also going to want some...
  16. Ford Performance Ranger Raptor Tune

The volume of Ethanol fuel required is significantly higher than raw gas. The factory and FP tunes do not account for this.
  17. Front or Rear Shock Lengths

That is wheel travel. Not shock travel. One has almost nothing to do with the other…
  18. Ford Performance Ranger Raptor Tune

Please research yourself. There’s plenty of online course available...
  19. Ford Performance Ranger Raptor Tune

Adding ethanol does not increase octane. Ethanol can provide more net power but it requires much much more volume of fuel. More than the factory fuel system can provide.
