There is zero point in swapping out the charge pipes unless you are changing turbo size or seriously increasing the boost level beyond what the FP tune does.
Otherwise you are only paying for engine bay eye candy…
Have you ever checked the ECM’s OAR after a few miles with regular 91 octane on the stock or FP tune?
Trust me, it isn’t affecting anything negatively unless you accidentally use 87.
That’s referred to as shock “stroke”.
And yes motion ratio is the ratio between shock stroke and wheel travel.
But can be all over the place depending on different vehicles linkage.
You are best to just measure the eye-to-eye and stroke.
An aftermarket shock maker is also going to want some...
Adding ethanol does not increase octane.
Ethanol can provide more net power but it requires much much more volume of fuel. More than the factory fuel system can provide.
