Links to what? There is no link to anyone making 500hp out of a 3.0L ecoboost with just an airbox and an intercooler.
There’s several that have done it with downpipes, fuel pump, injectors, etc…
As many others have now stated on here, no tune will allow just an intercooler and air box upgrade to get you to 500hp.
The main issue you’re going to run into is fueling, not air.

Using Forscan to modify module parameters throughout the vehicle have a much much higher likelihood of causing damage to your vehicle than the procal tune that is sold be Ford with install instructions!
You screw up one letter or decimal in Forscan and you can easily brick a control module...
Paying a tech to install a Procal tune (that includes install instructions) but have no problem using Forscan to void warranty and modify ECU parameters… ?
