You will definitely have to pay for it. The fuel savings will take a long time to balance out (If any). The hybrid tundra gets less mpg.

Toyota also uses a lot of robots in their build process. Something the UAW will have to content with someday. Automation is the way everything goes with time.
They are all just CGI. Most likely they haven't generated an image, or messed up setting the proper one with those selections. It is probably just a default image that comes up.
If it wasn't a typo, ford would have said it was a new generation containing direct and port injection. There is more to it than just swapping heads. The engine needs to know what to do with the fuel, and when to fire it. Not to mention the fuel pump is different since port isn't injected at...
When you placed the retail order, you should have gotten a build sheet, with a price. That price is what you have to pay when the truck is delivered. If they say otherwise, they probably plan to pocket it as extra $$ for them. RAPTORS may be special, but since they are put in as retail as well...
