Generally all announced trims being available is considered a full launch, as options are optional (Go figure).
You diverted the point originally, but that is fine. This thread will be here when the strike ends and rangers hit the lots fully. (Just a few have already.) You were the one telling...
No, the top 2 Tacoma trims are only available with the 2.4L I-MAX. TRD PRO and Trailhunter. This has been known for a long time. So, by my logic it is not the same thing.
For the first part, I am saying you are assuming Tacoma's will be available before the ranger purely on speculation, which in another post you ridiculed, and said stick to facts. I only pointed out that it wasn't a full launch to drive the point home.
For the second part,
I had to reread your...
The old gen is not the smallest by far. Take your own advice :)
Apparently you don't know that only non hybrid Tacoma's are the only ones hitting lots in December, which is still quite a few weeks out. You just assume (pretend) the strike will not end until after October?
I get your point, but it doesn't change the fact people will struggle and lose things NOW. I am not arguing. You have it easy just having to wait longer for a truck you don't need to survive.
When I said one week, it was in relation to them finally getting adjusted. Last adjustments were around 8/12/23.
Now that they have been adjusted, each week of the strike should move the dates right 1 week to match.
The 2022+ floor mats are a lot better then the older ones. They really fit well, and have pretty deep sides. I also 2nd the less carpeted floor mats option.
Really no point to the carpets if you have the mats. I guess some people may put the carpets in during the summer? Seems like a waste to...
They aren't going to announce something for the U.S if it isn't coming until 2026+. They always keep that stuff under wraps that far out.
There is a ton of planning involved before they will publicly announce/confirm something. Just look how long it took for the next gen to be confirmed for...
Per usual, it will come to us after the other parts of the world. That is how it works generally with new releases in a new market.
Start off simple, and build up after production gets under way.
As it is, Australia won't see it until 2025. NA would get it even later then that (Probably 2 years, so 27/28), and Ford generally keeps hushed on things that far out.
I like the Tacoma, but I wish the hybrid towed more than 6000lbs. They really dropped the ball on that imo. Plus I feel the...
Why do they get 48/hr to do that job? People who do jobs that risk their lives make less. That is what I disagree with fundamentally.
I agree that pay is proportional to the job.
Also, machines are proven to be more consistent. A human can't repeat a task with the same precision as a machine...
