so i have been looking at the fogs for the bronco to use on my xlt. looks like we use the same 4 hole mount, raptor uses a 3 hole.
here are the fogs im looking at- i want dual function so these are perfect and no extra wiring! that is if they will work.
anyone tried bronco fogs...
i ended up with two sets.
these use 5-16/18 bolts then the plastic cover goes right back on top. totally hidden as it should.
they charge 150 for these.
80 bucks shipped usps flat rate.
does anyone have this? i want to see the fitment on the bedrails to make sure it will fit under my xtrusion rack.
any photos are great. their website it’s shit obviously.
thanks!
there are actually 2 seals on it. (mine was broke from the factory so it was replaced) there is an inner o-ring seal where it clamps down and then the outer gasket, which you see. yours is fine. but if you need pulling it you will deform the roof at the mount and then it will leak for sure haha.
damn, that looks awesome!
i ended up with the new xtrusion rack, took them some time to get the brackets correct, and they haven’t dialed in the stake pocket inserts yet- so i went to SCS and designed my own. SCS is awesome!
the turn by turn on my instrument panel is showing the wrong names compared to my dash. it’s on certain on ramps. i reset apple maps, but no luck. i don’t think it’s a truck, but an apple issue as i hear of other truck makes having problems.
note- it always corrects itself, so maybe it’s a gps...
good to hear. i’m not overly concerned, as stock shocks are really hit or miss. some last what seems like forever and start leaking before you get plates on it!
advisor didn’t sound like it was a problem, but if it is- i’ll maybe just go ahead and do the eibach kit. when i called them, they said it’s being released any day now, and taking orders.
but id rather run stock for a bit, its not horrible.
