Success! Thank you all. I did end up getting the OBDLink EX adapter, seems worth it as it found a lot more modules on the vehicle. In any case, running the PCM and AWD initialization/relearn procedures cleared everything up. Here's another post on this for the next guy...

After the lift (GOAT spacers + eibach springs) I ran the ride height calibration. Didn't have any issues. Then after updating the wheel diameter I got the above code. I updated the size in the BCM config section (not in the "as built" one if that matters) I've been using a bluetooth adapter...

Bizarre -- did they send you the Gen5 RANGER letters maybe? Seems strange for Ford to change the size of that stamp between 2024 and 2025 (I've got a 2024 and the letters fit)
