Unable to reset DTC with ForScan -- am I missing something?

I just bumped up to 35" tires and used ForScan to change the tire size from 2525mm to 2650mm. This change went fine, but I got a 4x4 configuration trouble code now. I can't seem to clear any codes with ForScan. I can see the module with an issue, click the reset button, it seems to do something and then asks to turn the vehicle off and on again. After that, trouble codes are still there.

I was able to verify that the tire size change does take effect (plus the speedometer matches my phone's GPS).

But I seem to be stuck with this DTC and ForScan (both the Android version on my phone and the Windows version with an extended license) don't seem to be able to clear codes.

Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

When you do tires, dont you also have to dp something else. Isnt it in the block all the way to the sidr on the forscan sheet?

After the lift (GOAT spacers + eibach springs) I ran the ride height calibration. Didn't have any issues.

Then after updating the wheel diameter I got the above code. I updated the size in the BCM config section (not in the "as built" one if that matters)

I've been using a bluetooth adapter, I'm going to pick up one of these and see if it makes a difference. This is the one recommended by FORSCAN.

Success! Thank you all. I did end up getting the OBDLink EX adapter, seems worth it as it found a lot more modules on the vehicle. In any case, running the PCM and AWD initialization/relearn procedures cleared everything up.
