All that was probably before the Ford UAW strikes. Now that it's settled, and the workers get raises totaling 25 percent over the next four years, a reinstatement of cost-of-living adjustments and a three-year path to top wages, among other benefits, those quality issues will be a thing of the...
We seem to be a year or two behind ROW. They are getting a PHEV and Tremor Ranger in '25. So maybe '26 or '27? I agree with dard6555, no diesels for US.
Every time I think I want the 2.7, I floor my 2.3 in Sport mode, and say "Nah, don't need the 2.7". Plus, you have to option 4x4 to get the 2.7. So, that would be $5,680 above XLT.
If I needed more power, I'd just spend $700 (plus install) on the Ford Performance Tune and push the 2.3 to 315 HP...
For that price, just get a Ranger Raptor. To think that some on 5G are complaining about the ridiculous price of a loaded XLT FX4 at 46K, or 49K with a 2.7 V6.
Hell, a loaded Lariat FX4 with 2.7 is about 54K.
I haven't verified yet, but I think something changed with AA, or something else during the last Android update. Might be something with permissions. I can't connect either on my 5G SYNC3.
Normally when I get in the truck, a notification comes up on my phone saying, 'Android Auto Available'. I...
It looks like in can be done by anyone mechanically inclined.
The only problem doing it yourself is that there will be no warranty for future bed issues.

That is good to hear. Why the change of mind? Is Ford covering the repair because of a poor design to begin with? Or do you have the #1 dealer in the US?
I agree. I'm looking at a '24, possible Lariat RWD. But local dealers won't budge on price, and FoMoCo is offering only $750 off. I'll continue in my '21 until incentives are more attractive.
Base XLT RWD start about $36K.
Go to Build and Price and plug in the options of this truck to compare prices.
It's possible they added the $2500 as ADM on the base XLT, then show a "discount" to make it
look attractive. No dealer around here would offer such a discount. Best I get is $750...
Well, I don't know about that. An F150 Lariat starts at $65,395. Switch to Lariat High with FX4, now you are at $71,635. Plus, there are more options to choose, and available only in 4x4.
Basic XL RWD start at $43,620
