I’m looking to get a CAI for my 25 2.3L lariat. Would the K&N CAI fit our new engines? I’m assuming it doesn’t but was curious if anyone has installed or tried to install it

I'm curious why you would want to spend $450 on something that isn't going to make much difference.. I mean it's your money. The truck already comes with a legitimate cold air intake from the factory. Even has a conical style filter. I don't see the benefit of this unless you were going to run a tune and do other things to it.

the factory restricted silenced intake, is a cold air intake, as it draws in colder outside the engine bay. 99% of CAI's are actually "Hot air intakes" as they draw in warm engine air with no heatsheilding/ducting to direct colder outside air to them.
