I just purchased new Rock Rails for my R/R. I personally don't like the stock ones on my Raptor. Every time I get out of it, I scrap the back of my leg. I know, first world problems.
I found some real nice ones on:

@GigaRaptor M&R Automotive has lighters and ditch lights with install videos. Their products are pretty good and also have a lifetime warranty. Might be worth an add

No. You’ll want the “redback series” flaps. Super easy install. Takes about 20min with push clips.

As far as bed racks go, I think the XTR1 from Xtrusion overland might be compatible with the NG, maybe even with T slots, but need confirmation from them, so not putting any link just yet…
