Ya. It’s a Raptor & I spoke with the GM at my dealer & he assured me that the allocation was given to them & that I have the allocation for my order. He also said that he was going to email the regional rep for this area & question them with my concerns but with the holidays there’s no telling when he might hear back from them. This is all very disheartening to say the least. My GM also said that the large, high volume dealers get preferential treatment, he said that Ford says that’s not the case but that everyone knows that it is so who the hell knows!!
I would agree with high volume dealers, my dealer got two allocations, I got one and someone else got one, we both have build dates.

I don’t know what you mean by my number going down. Yes, it’s a Raptor.
it’s your Priority number… some peoples number changed from 19 to 3… just ask your new sales manager at your dealer if your priority number has dropped and what is that number.

that only has to do with the dealer, not ford or the order they get built

My priority # is 10 but I believe that doesn’t really matter as each dealer is only getting one.

That’s very opposite of what we’ve all been told and what’s been put out by Ford. Since day one of the announcement of the 6th Generation. It’s been said that the Raptor version is only one per dealer. Regardless of volume. Now on the second run we’re told that the volume will matter.
but as we can all see with late orders being scheduled before early orders, Ford obviously does whatever they want.

yeah I know, just going by what my dealer told me. I was 2nd on the list and I was told we both got build dates.

My dealer changed my priority from 19 to 3 the day they started scheduling and a few hours later I got a VIN and a build week.
im not sure if that change helped or not.
But my dealership is very small. So it’s obviously not volume that helped me get moved along so fast.

Have you gotten your VIN to go with your build date?

no, that number will determine the current priority of your own vehicle order and when it will be built…..

example: the person that told me about this website a few weeks ago… his number dropped from 19 to 3… and then on the 13th he got his planned built date from Ford…. So this number does give you an idea on when it’s probably going to get scheduled

no, that number is only for the dealership. If you have a lower number then someone else at the same dealership then yours would get pulled if they have what they need to build it. But if I have a 3 at one dealership and you have a 19 at a different one, yours still could get built before mine. But for Raptors the dealership needs to have an allocation

This is what I mean.. the lower the number, the more you know on when it’s going to get scheduled.. last I checked on 12/14, my number is still 19.. granted I only put in my order at the end of November so I am no rush to get it as I planned to pay off my car and save up for a good down payment to get the truck… so happily I can wait.. its just I have no idea now on when it will get a planned date… and I am 4th in allocation at my dealer where I was able to order… so I am leaving it there with my own local dealer that’s closer to my house having me next on their books for their own next allocation…. So I am just going to wait it out and see what comes first..

yes I have a VIN, I believe once you get the build date you also get the VIN.
I guess I should have asked my question a little more directly. Do you have the vin from the dealer or does the dealer say they have your vin. I’m only asking because I just want clarification on the one allocation per dealer. It’s not that I don’t believe you.

I have my VIN from Ford, and a build date of 1-15 currently but it has changed about 10 times as you can see in my signature. As for the other guy no idea, just what I was told.
