2025 Color Choices - What did you choose?

I knew I didn't want anything in the white/grey/black spectrum. I see too many care and trucks in those colors. Velocity Blue and Ruby Red were my options. My last truck was a Race Red F-150 and I was in the mood for a change so of the two my first choice was Velocity Blue. But the closest vehicle with the options I wanted was still a couple of hours way; either an Azure Gray Lariat already on the lot or a Ruby Red one that was in transit to the dealership. I decided to wait it out for the red and I am so glad I did. The color practically glows in direct sunlight, and everyone who sees it remarks on what a great color it is.

I’d say the color choices here don’t reflect the average drivers choice.

or the inventory

i see lots filled with white and fifty shades of gray

so I can understand wanting something different

i think ford isn’t really any worse than other car manufacturers in color selection and might be a tad better

I am 100% diehard fan of white trucks.
Easier to keep clean, less apt to show light scratches and minor imperfections.
If you do get damage along the way needing paint repair, its much easier to paint match.
Some colors are virtually impossible to ever match perfectly,

That said.

I do think the lack of a Red Raptor in the US market is a very strange or an odd oversight on the part Ford‘s US leadership. I say specifically US Ford leadership because other markets do have Red Raptors .

We had carbonized gray metallic on our 23 lariat, but my wife fell in love with Ruby Red. But all we could find was an xlt or lower. My dealer made an awesome deal on a shadow black raptor, but my wife said no. Ruby Red, BAP, 2.7 L, Lariat. Closest I could find was in Pueblo, CO, but the dealer traded for it and got her an awesome Christmas present! Moral of the story…. after race red and pepper red, Ford finally got red right IMHO.
