2027 Ford Ranger - What are Your Thoughts?

I only see the 2026 F-150, Super Duty, and Maverick listed on that page, so I assume they're the only Ford trucks with the updated 5G modems.

Well, Broncos got 5G modems, I got a 5G modem, you got a 4G modem. Not much else to say.

I'm hopeful for a tremor.. Traded my Tremor Ranger years back for a '23 jeep gladiator diesel. Love the drivetrain but not the emission. Have had 2 check engine lights and another warranty issue in the last 3 yrs of ownership. Glad it's a lease and going back to Jeep early next year.

So far, it's come down to '27 gmc canyon elevation 4x4 (best truck in terms of looks/oem lift/tires). Then '27 Nissan Frontier..old dawg with the V6 and none of that hybrid battery BS but no oem lift ....3rd party lift plus 33's will easily cost another $5k on top.

Then read about the possibility of a new Ranger Tremor. If Ford offers the twin turbo V6, I'm down for it. But if anything, Ford dealers have been vultures with pricing on raptor so there's that. Tremor trim will sell like hotcakes so high possibility that dealers will do markups due to low inventory. Pay to play.

Don’t know where you’re at, but I can get you a Raptor for MSRP. But I’m hopeful the Tremor will be everything the global truck is. But with the 2.7. TBD
