Parked my truck today on a slight downhill grade in park waiting outside by passenger door taking my mother to doctor the truck moved forward about 8 itnches and did it again has anyone experianced this I went around and set parking brake

Not on the ranger but people had tons of issues on the zf 9 speed in the nisssn trucks

I use the parking brake every time I park somewhere. Can't trust the park pawl to hold every time.

That’s why it has a parking brake.

I had a parking break issue early on. Dealer had to fix it with new parts. 24xlt 2.7L
