Im only upgrading to a 26 from a 24 for the color. My 24 has been great.

Nada. Just exterior color options. But im good with that. Like it as it is.

For those that are built/shipped, I am assuming no spray in bedliner? Mine was the same day as yours but I'm assuming my delay is the bedliner.

Mine has the factory spray-in liner. Built/blend date of Jan 23rd and finished/final built date of the 26th. I assume between those three days the bedliner was being added to the truck.

The 2026 I ordered in October just shipped yesterday too. Expected delivery to NJ is next week! I was impatient and bought a 25. I don't plan on buying the 2026. 1K more msrp and no changes seems dumb.

Other than if you ever plan to trade it, the 25 is all ready a year older and depreciated by more than the $1000, potentially. If youre keeping it for long term, it doesn't matter.

I plan on keeping the 25 for a while. I traded my 2025 Maverick in for the RR and wanted to do so since the trade in on the Maverick was still high.
