21 Ranger Tremor to 25 Ranger Raptor

Well, I pulled the trigger on a RR saying good bye to my 21’ Ranger Tremor.

Been an interesting transition, loving a lot about the RR but missing a lot about the Tremor too.

Only a couple weeks in so far and hopefully once i get some desert time I’ll really fall in love with the RR and stop focusing on the changes/negatives.

I think a big part is just aesthetics, mines Probably an unpopular opinion but the 6g from the front fenders forward is just ugly

Doesn’t help that I thought Desert Sand would grow on me but the opposite has happened. I really like it in the shade but it is terrible in the sun.

Congradulations on your new 2025 RR!

2025 RR>2021 Tremor in everyway. That said my 2019 lariat fx4 was set up as a Tremor which was not available until 2020. I get you miss your tremor but the RR is pure sex! At least all but the front end which has grown on me.

Had this 25 RR for a year last month, biggest regret is color Black . Had black 250’s in my 20’s early 30’s. Swore off them then. Broke promise with this one , love at first site. Just turned 1600 miles garage kept till I retire.
Minus the 3 recalls to date , I Love to drive this unit , she’s a peach.

Absolutely agree. That's where the 6g fails for me.

Though must be said that while I have a 5g Tremor and love it, the RR is on my buy to-do list. In our case, we will be keeping both; one for me, one for the wife. Who gets what will depend on the day!

Finally got some trail time today ( more than expected as a couple closed gates equaled doubling back like 10 miles) , holy shit this truck is so good!!!!!

Wife's not too happy with the new trail stripes pre 4th fill up, but can’t take em back now and wouldn’t trade them for the memories anyway

Yeah if you can keep both thats the way to go, just wasn’t an option for me.

My Shelter Green does not show dust! Why, it stays clean for a good 20 minutes after I exit the car wash.
