Hey Jürgen-

I’ve watched a few of your videos—great content! I really like the look of the A.D.D. bumper, but after seeing your breakdowns, I think I’m going to pass on it.

Quick question: are these top-hat spacers you fabricated the same as GOAT Off-Road? I think you mentioned that in your videos. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the ride quality after lifting your truck and moving up to 35s. How does it feel?

I really enjoy spirited driving on the stock setup. I drive my truck like a 2-door coupe on road, and I’m worried a lift and heavier tires might take away some of that fun, responsive feel. You seem to have an engineering mindset and explain this stuff better than anyone, so I’d really appreciate your opinion.

Depending on your feedback, I might be interested in trying those spacers. Thanks!

Hi Chad. I agree on the bumper. I wouldn't recommend that to anyone. I have been a machinist for 40 years so having access to a lot of equipment that most people wouldn't really helped me get through the install.

My truck rides fantastic. There is no difference in handling that I can tell but I'm not running 35's. I kept the stock tires just changed to Methods which are much lighter than the factory wheels.

I did a 2/1 kit for someone here in town who added 35's and the feedback I got from him was that it rides excellent but it killed his gas milage.

My spacers are dimensioned exactly the same as the GOAT spacers. Same hardware also. So much in fact that they saw my video on youtube for the spacer install where I mentioned their product. They filed a counterfeit claim with youtube and then youtube pulled my video down.

I have sold 28 sets to date and have received all positive feedback.

Wonder if you'll ever make more sets. Just priced out the GOAT spacers and it came to $570 after shipping and tariffs. If you're not going to make more, would you consider sharing your prints so we can have some fabricated?
