I'm going to pay cash. I did the math and there's no way to come out ahead with market interest rates.
Put as much as you can on your Ford credit card and use the points. Then pay off the balance with cash. Win/Win.

Good idea if Ford still had a credit card. That deceased in May I believe. The replacement card (gear up visa) does nothing for your ford points. I canned it and got a different credit card. Also the dealer here now charges 3% credit card fee which defeats the purpose of using a credit card at the dealer.

Almost exactly what I paid for my 2024 Lariat that has the same equipment (except for the keypad, that I wish I HAD!) so I would say that is a fair deal.

Thanks for the input, it's a big purchase so it helps feeling that I made a good decision.

I ordered the exact same package in CM grey but in Canada so not a direct cost comparison... but in line. It's in transit from MI now!

I'm not happy with the current price if compared to similar a few years ago, but times are a changing and so are prices! Don't think they're coming down anytime soon. 🙄💹

Is the suggested retail the MSRP on the window sticker? Have you looked up KBB and other tools to compare fair purchase pricing? Rebates the dealer gets back. Just make sure your purchase price is at invoice and Id think it's a good deal.

I just spent a few weeks shopping and buying 2 new lariats for my business.
Shopped across 500 mile radius and reached out to over 6 or 7 dealers , worked all the rebate angles.

I can safely say that is as good of a deal as I have seen anywhere, very similar to deals I made.
‘Both mine were 2.7 v6 trucks so prices were a couple grand more, paid right at $48k for each .

Several dealers I spoke with were not really even close.

Yours looks to be mostly just the difference in engine option price, from the deals I made.

That's great feedback. Big purchase.

I don't think you can go wrong with the i4 or v6 with the Ranger. Both have their pros and cons, the deciding factor for me was the MPGs, cost, and weight. Not to say v6 is bad at all but If I were to option it I would much closer to Raptor price territory, without Raptor resale, rather than comfortably under.

What's nice about company trucks is you get write offs so the numbers don't matter as much.
