Paid in full 👍

The double hit if you finance it. Truck is depreciate as soon as to take it off the Lot.
then pay the interest rate over say 5 years or more. No thanks.

if i could not have paid it in full I would not have purchased a 2025 Ranger.

I just financed a little bit so that the dealership could get the commission from the bank. Once I pick up the truck I'll pay the loan down to $10 or something but I have to hold it for 6 months or else the dealership gets the commission charged back.

That's not your problem unless you signed a loan document agreeing to an early repayment penalty.

It's not but I'm getting $8k off and it won't cost me anything for them to get their finance commission.

My Dealer was pressuring me to get my vehicle off the lot. They have to pay when its on the lot.
I wished to trade in my 2011 XLT 2.3L Duramax Standard. Had it for over 12 years. Did not owe me anything. Got my use out of it. Still a good low mileage vehicle. I worked on the maintenance.
I hate selling things. Took pictures of the outside, no accidents. I needed 3K to cover the short coming. I did not send them pictures of the thrashed interior. They offered me 5K site unseen.
I brought it to them knowing it was not worth more then 3K. There loss by pressuring me.

I went to a dealership out of my area. I wanted to go to a true Dealership with a good show room.
The fellow I dealt with was very helpful in ordering the truck. Was happy with the transaction.

I laugh at a local Dealer that seem to not wish to help me out. I went twice.
Show me the Rangers on your lot. I gave my phone number and never got a call back.
Their Loss. I also would not have my truck serviced there. Had the oil changed on my 4G Ranger. They over filled it. No thanks !. I will go else where.

I had many Dealers contacting me when I looked on line. No one had the color and build I wanted.

I did not put too much electronics on it. I wanted the power seats, but once i found out the manual seats had a Lumbar adjustment i went the cheaper route. Convivence Package,
Spray in Bed, side step, FX4, power rear window which i see is free now, Marsh Gray, OWL tires,
I liked the black trim. No Black Out pkg. Happy I did that as I scraped the front side trim on my tight parking. Would have looked bad with painted trim. 2.3L MPC. So, happy i did not buy a 2024.
I am old school. I think you can start the truck with the Ford APP. May get the key fob with remote start. Definitely, good to let the truck warm up with the Turbo.
I did not have the need for the 2.7L, not pulling heavy loads, prefer better gas milage. 2.3L a proven motor. Like that it has lot's of room in engine compartment to keep the engine cool and easy to work on. My 4G had 145 Hp so 270 Hp works for me

Very happy with my 2025 Ranger XLT.

I have done the same to get the finance rebates.
Turn on auto payment function for 6 months,,and pay it off after.
Both parties come out ahead.

I tried to calculate price versus invoice:

MetricWithout Rebates (Dealer Discount: $48,400)With Rebates (Net Price: $45,150)
% Below MSRP ($52,400)7.63%13.84%
% Below Invoice ($50,324)3.82%10.28%
Most dealers are selling for 4% to 5% below invoice before rebates on non-raptor rangers. So if ur in that range, youre doing good.

Not his problem, but being fair to his dealership since it helped get him an additional rebate, hence lower price. They will charge back the dealership if its pd off before the 6 months.

Admirable both parties [seller and buyer] are being fair to one another.
