3rd gear whines after 20k

The whine goes away after a mile or so.
Any one having the same issue?

My wife and I took our RV trailer which weighs 3800lbs loaded to Michigan from west central NC and back. It was a few days later I noticed the whine.

I’ve heard this a few times on FX4 trucks after towing usually a cold diff or pinion bearing whine that fades once the fluid warms up. Worth checking diff fluid level/condition and seeing if the noise changes under load vs coast. If it keeps returning after short drives, I’d definitely have the dealer document it while under warranty.
