I was the first to do a 2019-23. If they're the same internally, which they should be, it can be done. I actually pulled my front and rear axle because it's going back to stock and going back to ford.

I se this thread is 6 months old, so I’m assuming there haven’t been many people that have re-geared their non raptors. There just aren’t a lot of gear options available right now. Ford performance had gears that were really low, but nothing for medium to higher gear ratios. Same thing for yukon gears.
Down the road, I’m looking to upsize my tires from 255/65R18’s to 275/70R 18’s. That will change my tire size from 31” to 33”’s. Changing the stock gears from 373’s to 392’s would put the speedometer and rpm’s right back where they need to be for 33” tires. But that gear ratios isn’t available anywhere that I looked.
