I took my RR to the beach to do some surf fishing the other day. I let the tire pressure down to 18 for the beach. When I was finish I found it really hard to get the air hose tip onto the valve stem. They are so far back and hard to reach. I'll be going to the beach for a week soon and will have to do this every day so I was wondering if anyone has used something like an extension on them? All the people here who do a lot of off road driving must have run into this problem? Who do you do?
Thanks.

You can get a different air hose end or use valve extensions. If you use extensions, don't leave them on.

I use these cheap plastic extensions on my old Camaro to prevent scratching my wheel covers.

Thanks. I can't change the air hose but I'll try the extensions.

Is this an issue on the "non Raptor" models also ?

I really don't know but I think it's only with the Beadlock wheels. As you can see the value is far back. If you have big hands I think it would be hard to get the caps off.
