Wired the switch wires from the arb harness to the aux 4 wires in the back. All u need from the harness is the purple switch wire (no ground needed for that) the 2 large positive wires running to engine bay and 1 small 1 large ground wires to engine bay. All the other stuff u can cut off if ur not doing air lockers or anything like that.
Do you have a screenshot by a chance of the items you ordered on Amazon?

2x adapters for filters , 2x adapters for compressor intake, tube to go between compressor intake and filters.
I also got the extended steel braided air line for compressor out to air chuck near power (arb brand but u can get whatever that fits) Thats all that should be needed. Super easy to connect all this up and it will make sense when u lay out the parts

What length do we need for this if it’s all on the left side? I don’t want to order too long:

“I also got the extended steel braided air line for compressor out to air chuck near power (arb brand but u can get whatever that fits)”.

Bummer! It looks like Expedition Essentials is out of stock of the extension harness and closed for a month.

If you do it on the drivers side and do the air filter relocation behind drivers side tail light u only need like 4ft total of air line (prob less). I would get 6 just to be safe and make it easy. Thats a bummer they are out of stock. You could totally make your own harness by extending the arb wiring. just get the same gauge wires as the 4 wires on the arb harness (small black large black(2x? Maybe cant remember), 2x large red) and run it to the front of the truck. Thats all it really is. Expedition essentials used the same gauge as what comes with the arb harness. Looking at the picture above u only need to extend the larger grey/green connector wires. U dont need to do it nice like arb with having a connector on the battery side of the harness. Can just disconnect the wires and do butt connectors.

Thanks again! If they don’t have them by the time I get everything together then I will be able to figure out how to extend the wires, it doesn’t seem too difficult. The steel braided line then should be 2m to be safe (if going arb brand, maybe 1.5m).

I used the Ausmotion bracket since it tucks up higher in the OEM spot, but I sourced all my air line parts from McMaster Carr with the exception of the two ARB fittings which I got from a local 4x4 shop.

Still waiting for 4awg and some lugs to show up from a marine shop. Will run off an 80amp Blue Sea breaker (can be found on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Blue-Sea-Systems-Circuit-Breakers/dp/B005BI5466 or really any marine shop). I made a simple L shaped mount/bracket for the breaker out of 1/8" ABS that bolts to the battery tie down. Bought a Littelfuse 04980932.X MDB Series Fuse Holder (seems crazy cheap for $12.00 here right now https://www.walmart.com/ip/Littelfuse-04980932-X-MDB-Series-Fuse-Holder/490206861) and a couple Blue Sea 5251 MIDI/AMI 40 amp fuses that will be mounted under the bed and wired to the compressor.

Some words of wisdom if Ford took the lazy way out on your truck too and didn't pull your tie downs before spraying in the bedliner: I used a utility knife to cut/score the perimeter of the bolt heads on the tie downs and also around the tie downs themselves. The bolts are not T40. I guess Ford uses Torx Plus, which I didn't realize until I stripped one of the heads out. They also used Loctite so they are in there tight. Ended up sourcing some torx M8x1.25 replacements from BelMetric rather than trying to track down the OEM bolts from Ford and paying $10+ each.

Great tip on the torx bolts. I did the same thing and stripped one. Ended up with the long process of taking some vice grips and twisting it off. Used the same technique as u for scoring the perimeter and was super careful for all the others but the proper bit sure would have made it a whole lot less painful.

Would one of these work SurfRanger?

Thats seems to be just what you need! I dont think the 10’ one will cut it i think you will have to go for the 25. U could always trim and re-crimp the connectors for the plug if u have too much excess that you dont want to deal with.
you would just use this and connect the arb harness to the battery end of the extension so that the dual fuses are near the battery. Then use the purple wire from the arb harness (its on a different plug) to go to the aux 4 or 5 wires in the back by the hitch.

Thanks again, I will order the 25'.

I think the big ground is 8awg. The positive/red leads are each 10awg.

I am planning on just grounding that wire to the frame under the bed. I will probably make a bigger ground from the battery to chassis/frame under the hood as well.
