Annual Maintenance cost on ranger

I am researching ,likely buying a 24 ranger ,xlt 2wd in the next few months. Comparing with Taco,Frontier.. leaning toward ranger.. I was looking into estimated annual maintenance cost online, this was on a 21 ranger.. $1100 a yr. Stiff, inaccurate or bad. Is this correct? I have a 93 150,160k. Maintenance nowhere close, same for my 2014 camry,110k Expecting 5k oil changes with turbo using Synthetic. My camry is dealer maintained.
Will maintenance cost be that much higher on a turbo engine?
Won't probably be driven more than 10 to 12k a year max ,most of the time.

With your annual mileage 2 oil changes a year. No where 1100. My 2019 has the same engine and it's oil changes and air filters as needed.

Good.. glad to hear it. My camry ,in 10yrs only $200 outside normal maintenance n wear n tear items in 10 yrs. F150, 31 yrs old ,some things wear out, some just getting old. I probably haven't spent over $2500 total in over 20 yrs ,above normal maintenance. Neither vehicle has ever left me stranded so far.
