New to the forum. I recently purchased a 2025 XLT FX4. I am using the oem wheels for winter with dedicated snow tires. I'll need a set of wheels for the rest of the year and have been looking at take offs. I've recently found these...2021 Ranger wheels, 18"x8" with +55 offset. My tire of choice is a 255/70r18 (Cooper R&T AT 116T). Will the tire/wheel combo clear the upper A arm? I have no desire to lift or level. Along with highway time, the truck will spend time on logging/mining roads and will tow a 4200-5700 lb, 20' TT about 1500 miles per year on rural/forest service paved roads. 32" tall tires will look good and do all that I need. Thank you in advance for the help!

By the way...The second photo is my very favorite wheel (17x8.5 with +30 offset, 255/75r17), but I think it may have too much poke for my taste. If I'm wrong, let me know...

Try this. It should help you with answers.

Thank you. Using my tire depth gauge, the distance from the tire to the upper a-arm is 13/32" or about 10.3mm. The 2021 wheel (Black wheel in pic.) moves it about 6.3 mm closer. Depending on tire variance with a 255/70r18 tire, I'll have approximately 4mm clearance. Use a 1/4" spacer?

The grey bronco wheel moves the poke out almost 1.5". Looks like the tire sidewall will sit beyond the fender lip. Dang! (Calculator wouldn't let me use a 255/75r17 tire. Used a 255/70r17 instead.

Thank you. I'll check out the spacers and the calculator. The top picture is a gloss black wheel-the reflection makes it appear chrome. Here's a different picture..
