ANY INDEPENDENT DYNO TESTS DONE ON COLD AIR INTAKES FOR RR 3.0?

So on avg you may gain 6-7 hp and tq but at the cost of sucking more dirt into your engine that increases the rate in witch you will have an engine fail. the juice isn't worth the squeeze for the avg driver.

I spoke with EMS tuning and they did dyno runs stock air box vs big name brand cold air said there was little to no difference besides sound for power gains todays intakes on most modern cars and trucks are already cold air intakes. Biggest gains thing will gain you power fuel systems, bigger turbos, intercoolers, free flowing exhaust.
That’s disappointing to hear. I hope you got a 2nd opinion, or factual data from someone more familiar with the RR platform.

Goosetuned tested the S&B intake and picked up 15 hp. First page of this thread. I went with them as I had it on my F150 for 5 years and it was great. I'll never put enough miles on for all the "dirt" to wear out my engine prematurely. I put a BMC filter in then did the intake swap once S&B was back in stock. Btw, Porsche uses BMC filters on the $250k GT3 so I think we'll be alright.

Where did you get the filter? I just picked up my s&b cai.
