Anyone black out their hood?

Just got my 24 Ranger and it Seems a lot brighter inside than my old GMC Canyon. Ranger is all white and I’m thinking of maybe wrapping the center (all?) of the hood with black. Anyone do this? Any pics would be great. Thinking maybe some striping on the sides to break it up as well.

My father in law was just talking about blacking the hood a few days ago, too.

I've done it on a few other vehicles with outstanding results, and driven plenty that other people have blacked out, as well. It's a huge improvement if the hood is in your field of vision.

I had a matte black decal on the center section of my hood for a couple days. When I bought the decal the add said it fit a 2024 Ranger Raptor but it didn't. I'm pretty sure it was a 5th gen decal. It was a couple inches short and it tapered down too much near the bottom.
I'd buy another one if I was positive it would fit. There is a graphics shop nearby that could probably make me one but I never get a chance to get there during the work week and they aren't open saturdays.

dang, that does look really good. it makes it look totally different. and it matches the side decals and white paint very very well.

I've got a Double Black Lariat so it's a non-issue. I would like some custom Anthracite colored graphics on the hood and maybe the bed flanks. If anyone has some ideas, let's see them.
