Hi All,

Just wanted to post about my terrible experience with AusMotion.

I ordered and paid in full for dual side Molle Panels and 3x storage baskets on 1 April.

Tried emailing and calling after 4 weeks with no notifications and got nothing from them till they finally responded on 9 June (9 weeks later) saying they had missed the order somehow.

On 17 June they told me they had priortised my order and it had arrived in their store.

Since then, nothing about it being shipped or any correspondence despite numerous emails and phone calls.

Don't know if they are going out of business or just bad customer service.

threaten to do a chargeback with your bank if you don’t get a tracking number. That should get their attention

If they don’t respond, then do it call your bank. They’ve got no excuses for leaving you in the dark

Just don’t wait too much longer

There are a lot of small trucking companies there going under. I had an order from a different vendor get completely lost - it went to Germany and wandered around there for a few weeks before it vanished from the system completely. The vendor was very understanding and sent me a replacement by a more normal shipping service, which arrived in a couple of weeks. He was using a cut rate courier service to try to save his CUSTOMERS some money. Then my original order showed up on my porch a few days later! Some of the Aussie shops list astronomically high prices for USA shipping, I suspect they are simply trying to discourage these buyers.

It is very sad, but don’t get too pissed off at AusMotion, they are as unhappy as you are. FYI, I have ordered three times from Australia, but not from them, when I haven’t been able to find the product here, but I much prefer supporting our American shops. Also, a USA warranty claim would be much much easier to resolve!

RA Ranger sold me a parking brake module that didn’t work on 2025+ Rangers (not their fault, Ford changed codes).

Instead of coming clean, they lied to me said a replacement board had been shipped then ghosted me for nearly two months (which they claimed to have spent on R&D trying to fix the problem)

It’s only when I figured out why it didn’t work and called them out on it that I got a response, and magically a refund, that same day.

Would have been way more patient and understanding if they’d just be straight with me, but the absence of information made them look shady as hell.

I think the chargeback window for most banks is six months or less - don’t think OP should assume positive intent if they’re getting ghosted like that.

They’re corresponding via email, not emu
