Hi All,
Just wanted to post about my terrible experience with AusMotion.
I ordered and paid in full for dual side Molle Panels and 3x storage baskets on 1 April.
Tried emailing and calling after 4 weeks with no notifications and got nothing from them till they finally responded on 9 June (9 weeks later) saying they had missed the order somehow.
On 17 June they told me they had priortised my order and it had arrived in their store.
Since then, nothing about it being shipped or any correspondence despite numerous emails and phone calls.
Don't know if they are going out of business or just bad customer service.
