Has anyone installed brake caliper covers on your Ranger Raptor? Everything I’ve found is for a Ranger. I wouldn’t think they would work on a RR.
Am I wrong?
Thanks
Gary

My understanding is the braking system is identical across the Ranger range including the Raptor. I remember reading somewhere that the brakes are even the same as the previous gen model, they only updated and increased the brake booster for this new gen

How come?
He probably means because it's a cheap and superficial product that will communicate to others that you aren't a serious person. They make High Temp Paint and even High Temp Vinyl Wrap for people who are actually serious about customizing their calipers, those silly covers are for goofballs. Kind of like wearing a toupee - everyone knows it's fake and you look much better without it.

It is an opinion yes.

But if you like pretending you are something you are not or have something you don't go for it.

I really wish the trucks came with some higher performance brakes but I'm going to upgrade to the real thing or leave it alone, not try to pull one over on people who don't know anything about cars.

Don't cheapen the truck with junk walmart aftermarket parts.

Yes, it is an opinion, but it wasn't unsolicited. You asked, "how come?"

We're just looking out for you, Gary. With all due respect. :handshake:

Ask Ranger/Hobb, he probably already has them. 😃
Indeed. I wouldn't know since he bidirectionally blocked me at some point. Have to say my forum experience here has improved since then, so he did me a solid

I'm also under super double secret probation. He doesn't like anyone with a dissenting point of view.
Sometime I'll sign out just to see what other geegaws he's glued to his truck.
