Can’t hold speed on hills. Keeps droping

Hey guys, seeing if anyone else has this problem

my xlt v6 goes into a hill at correct speed (10th) but then drops speed quite fast and continues to drop until I’ve reached the tops of the hill

it drops to 6th gear and won’t go any fut
It does it in cruise control as well as me driving.
If I put my foot down it’s like it doesn’t even register my foot.
if I manually shift down from 6th to 4th there is no change in revs (it’s like it doesn’t register the shift)
I did notice that my gyro/angle shows 0 degreees and thinks I’m on a flat round but not sure if that is connected

I have not experienced this issue. It looks like you are running at low enough RPMs to accommodate a downshift.

Mine might drop 1 or 2 kph before it shifts on cruise never as much as yours.

I have noticed my cruise control cuts out too. Do these rangers have vehicle speed sensors ?

That's what a speedometer does. Cruise control feeds from the same signal or at least should.
