Engine shudder at cruise speed - 2025 2.3L Lariat

I've noticed on 2 separate occasions while cruising between 45 and 65mph my vehicle has a shudder or stutter, almost like I got some water in the fuel, but I'm pretty sure that's not it as I don't buy "Fred's gas", only Sunoco, BP, etc. It's not enough to trip any alarms, or cause any serious vibrations, just more of and annoyance right now so wondering if this has been experienced by anyone and how do you troubleshoot? I'm not towing anything either.

Next time, push the '+' button on the shifter to see which gear you are in.
It's not unusual for the transmission to shift to 8 at 45mph. Try driving in SPORT or TOW mode to change shift points.

Does this happen at specific a RPM?
I agree with Jason it sounds like a low RPM trans shudder

Didn't notice the RPM when it occurred. Its also a bit random in intensity - not a constant, even shudder. And it doesn't sound/feel like a transmission that needs to downshift. Seems more like an engine issue. I'm using the recommended 87 octane fuel, should I try a higher octane to see if that cures it?

I'd pull the codes and check to make sure the coils are all fitted snugly on the plugs.
