Ceramic Coating and PPF Installation Thread

I had the nose (partial hood and front bumper) along with the rear fenders done on both my White RRs. That cost around 850.00.

I had the whole truck done and ceramic coated my black RR and that was a little over $6K.

Since 90% of today's paint is clear coated, can some explain to me what color sanding has to do with the process? Does the expense then cover being re-sprayed with clearcoat.

It’s really the clearcoat that is being corrected - not the paint.
