Cliff's CG Lariat order in Eugene, OR

Greetings Ranger6g.com. My order made it to the Ford website today and I am scheduled for production the week of April 20.

It will be a carbon grey Lariat with the 2.7L engine and the following options:
Advanced Towing Package
Trailer Tow Package
Black Appearance Package
Convenience Package
Electronic-Locking Differential
Integrated Box Side Step
Running Boards-Black
Bedliner Spray-in
Tonneau-hard folding

It will replace a 2025 Honda CR-V hybrid as my daily driver, and be a tow vehicle for my 2015 Porsche Cayman GTS when that car heads to the track.

I believe the advanced towing package includes the trailer tow package.

The truck was delivered to the dealer yesterday, and tomorrow is Delivery Day. Finally!

Congrats on the new truck! I haven't been to Eugene in several years. I remember there being two phenomenal Hawaiian restaurants there - Kona Cafe and Hawaiian Time.

Quick update on my truck. It threw malfunction and powertrain errors and went into limp mode 3 days after I took delivery. It has been with the dealer since May 29. Apparently one or more transmission solenoids have failed. Replacement solenoids and valve bodies are backordered. The dealer has placed an emergency order, but nothing yet. My truck is beginning to develop a distinct lemony flavor.

The dealer has been unable to get transmission parts from Ford, so they advised me to initiate a buyback with Ford customer service, which I did yesterday. The process takes 7-10 days.
