Console/Shifter cupholder plate removal?

Looking to install a control head for a Redarc Liberty brake controller in the shifter "panel". Can't find any info on how to remove this piece. Anyone done it? Or can anyone point me to the info needed? I searched but I failed...

Pull back and up from the phone holder pocket (not the wireless charger) at the top of the console. Should just be clips.
