Did you use rivnuts for attaching the l-track or did you have to take the bed off?

I'm looking to do something similar.

The ones on the bulkhead in that picture are either using factory threaded holes along the top, or were thru drilled and I used a fender washer and nylock on the backside. It was a real challenge to get to some of the nuts and hold them while tightening (a helper would have made it a bit easier).

I also have pieces under the bed rails on the angled part:

These are held on with a mix of existing threaded holes and rivnuts because I couldn't get to the backside otherwise. Definitely not as strong, but I'm also not expecting to try and tie anything crazy heavy to them, mostly just keeping stuff from sliding around the back.

Who made your billet aluminum brackets?

The billet corner brackets were made through a company called Xometry. They're a fabrication middleman that farms work out to their certified vendors based on the process, tolerance, certification, etc needed.
