New to modern performance trucks. Love the raptor--like a heavy hotty rally car. The suspension amazing and much more capable fast off-road, which is great... The main issues I have are no dead pedal and the throttle and brake are not on the same plane, so left foot braking not possible and when you're on it, your left foot has no place to brace. The pedal spacing pretty norm for daily drivers, but this truck/car pretty fantastic and it would be cool to have the same spacing as my sim or race car-now an auto. I had to add spacers to other sports cars to get straight for heal and toe, but I cannot find much for the autos less corvette or Jenky shite spacers on amazon.
I'm more RallyCross in style as I drive lots of dirt roads rutted 2-6" which are "state highways posted 55mph" and so far the ranger, even with solid axle is on par with long travel sti. I got to my latest worksite 30 minutes earlier than in my honda. The fox setups with semi-tall tires somehow works.. And, I get the the same gas mileage on the highway rt17.
