So i'm reading about different experiences on delivery such as doors are hard to close and need adjustment, rusting on undercarriage. For those of you have have taken delivery can you just shoot out a quick "make sure to check this" and i'll update the following list:

Check the following before accepting the vehicle:

Door closing (alignment + latching)
Tail light bolts : some have found these to be missing
Check hood closure and fitment
Check for damage to interior plastic/leather trim
Check seat quality such as loose leather, bad stitching
Close Check all over body for Dents/Scratches
Check the charging cradle (try it with your phone!)
Decal placement (some, esp raptor are crooked)
Trim around rear view mirror/headline junction

Look underneath people with build date Jan/Feb have had rust underneath. Mine built in Mar no rust.

Make sure the upper back seat latches. It will rattle if not.

Check for rear tire (probably not matching) when you are underneath checking for rust

I suggest checking door alignment and decal placement.
The one at my local dealer has crooked RAPTOR decals on both sides and the driver's side door alignment was about 1/8" off.

I took delivery in April from a Jan/Feb built date. Have similar issues as those above with the back seat not latching, door, tailgate and hood alignment, BUT also have a huge dent and weird buzzing noise from the charging pad. Any phone calls coming in or using the Navigation it will crackle.
I purchased my RR out of state and didn’t notice the dent until yesterday when I took in to get a clear bra and ceramic coating on it. The tech bee 🐝 lines it to the dent and says did you notice this? I was like WHAT! He said he had a guy drop his RR from out of state and it had the exact same dent and scratch in the exact same places! . I called @Ford Motor Company (@Ford) / X and was told since I didn’t purchase the “dent coverage” it was going to be out of pocket! Then she proceeds to tell me that I had great coverage for everything else I purchased with the extended warranty! I love everything about driving this RR but that dent but a dent in my “heart” about Ford!

Check the side steps. My driver side had a pretty decent sized defect where the textured material did not adhere to the step itself. The dealership ordered me a new one under warranty. I found it during the delivery inspection.

Another guy also found that none of his interior dome lights would work. Turns out factory forgot to plug the connections together.

My biggest piece of advice is to ask the dealership to leave the truck exactly as is when it comes off the truck (no washing/detailing and not removing any of the protective plastics).

Checking to see if its there or not or just to be aware if its the same as the rest of the truck?

Don't be surprised your spare is not the same brand what your other 4 tires are and a different size. They are all like that all manufactures do this.

In addition to the missing taillight screws, mine had some very fine overspray from when they sprayed the bedliner on the outside of the bed. It was not noticeable at first glance, however when I washed it for the first time, that’s when I found it. I also had some fairly deep gouges in one of the wheel molding. More than likely that occurred during shipping.

Check you air pressure in all tires. Mine had 46psi in 1 front and 1 rear and 42 in the other front and rear.
