Does XLT with 4x4 have 4low?

I plan on purchasing a 2025 XLT to drive on the Delaware beaches (know for soft deep sand) and I want a 4x4 vehicle with 4 low. My question: does the standard 4x4 package come with 4H and 4L or do I have to get the more expensive FX4 package to get 4 low.

You'll have both 4WD high & low, not need for the FX4 package unless you want the 3.73 gears and electronic locker.

Pretty sure all Rangers have 3.73 (Well non Raptors)

You can get a locker without the FX4 package. If my purpose for 4x4 was driving in deep sand, I would absolutely want a locking diff.
