Dressed for the crawl - Foutz Skid Plates, Differential Plate and Rival Fuel Tank Plate

Been hitting bottom off-roading in Arizona especially the angled cross members behind the front A-arms. Decided to add some protection. Here are some random before and after pics for your review. I went with the Foutz Skid Plates as they were the only ones to offer complete coverage of the angled front cross members. You can see in one of the pictures some of the dents on these angled front cross members before the skid plates were installed. Used Rival for the fuel tank and also added the rear differential skid plate from Foutz which is a really nice design.

I could not find any other skid plates that covered the cross members as well.

They hang pretty low

I already crushed both sides of my crossmember when I took the truck to joshua tree. I guess the rocks were too big for my no lift truck

The brackets where the A arms connect to the frame are pretty vulnerable too.

I have the FMI diff guard and the Rival gas tank armor, too. But when I added the FMI diff guard, it hit my gas tank armor and rubbed on the plastic OEM gas tank cover. How did you install your stuff so that didn't happen?

Good question! We had to cut the corner of the fuel tank skid plate to clear the Differential armor. The Rival fuel tank skid plate was rather tough for aluminum.
