Don’t be a dummy like me!!!!
I hadn’t done enough research to realize that Ford had corrected the issue starting in Sept or Oct of 2024, and mine is a 2025 model year.

Anyways, I was stuffing my cart on EGR’s website with their electric Rolltrac cover, dust guard, and saw the J-Brace option and tossed it in as well.

Anyways, my cover and dust guard shipped without the j-brace, and then I realized it was not something I was going to need. I reached out to EGR to cancel/return the J-Brace seeing as it had not shipped yet. Well, they got back to me promptly to inform me that I would be required to pay return shipping for the item, then immediately sent me shipping notification that a shipping label had been created for the j-brace. I figured for a customer that just dropped $3,000 on one of thebig ticket items they might have a little customer service/integrity. In any of my email interaction with their customer service team, it’s been nothing but short and rude on their end.

Their bed cover is solid, but truthfully after my interactions with them and their shady tactics with a $100 part, I’d rip the damn thing off, but here I am $3,000 in the hole + $1000 to install.

I can assure, I will NEVER spend money with their company again, and make sure others are aware of their business practices and terrible customer service.

Don’t buy from @EGRUSA
